- Calculation: Commissions are based on net gaming income or CPA model. Players who cheat, abuse bonuses, or self-exclude will be disqualified.
- Payment schedule: Commissions are calculated monthly and paid before the 20th of the following month, with a minimum of €100. Affiliates must comply with verification requirements.
- Disputes and adjustments: Any disputes regarding commissions must be resolved within 14 days. The Company reserves the right to adjust commissions due to errors or changes in policy.
- Large customer policy: Negative balances of large customers will be carried forward but will not affect the revenue of other customers.

Affiliates are not allowed to disclose or misuse confidential business information. Press releases regarding participation in the program must be approved in advance.
Duration and Termination
The agreement between you and the company remains in effect until either party sends a written notice of termination. The company may terminate the contract immediately in the event of a breach.
If an affiliate is terminated, they must delete all Company materials. Termination also results in forfeiture of the right to receive pending commissions.
